The Little Red Dog, Inc. is the window to the world charity partner at Fleur De Lys for the month of June. Fleur De Lys features charities in their front window of their retail store in Costa Mesa on 17th street each month. June belongs to The Little Red Dog. Additionally, this weekend, Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24, 2012 there will be a fundraising-shopping weekend. If you shop at Fleur De Lys and mention The Little Red Dog, 20% of the sales will be donated to help the rescue save lives. We are very excited to be a part of such a great program, states PJ Rosch, CEO and Top Dog at The Little Red Dog, Inc. Fleur De Lys not only gives back to the charities they partner with, but by featuring them in the window, they bring awareness to programs that the public may not already be familiar with. Also, their store is filled with the most amazing collection of jewelry, pictures, and home accessories, so its a win-win. You donate to charity and take home something special.

Also, on Saturday, June 23, 2012, The Little Red Dog, Inc will feature The Mating Game, a satiric take off on the Dating Game, which shows potential adopters the right questions to ask so that they can find their new forever-best friend. Sunday, the K-9 Quiz show will be featured to help educate people about the proper care and training to help keep your best mate happy and healthy. The following weekend, Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1, 2012 there will be adoption events outside the store at Fleur De Lys. The Little Red Dogs Steve McClain, CFO & Alpha Dog says: This is a great opportunity for us and we are so appreciative of the partnership. The Little Red Dog, Inc is a 501(c) 3 non-profit dedicated to saving animals. The Little Red Dog, Inc as founded in memory of the one of the American Pit Bull Terriers who did not make it out of Michael Vicks Bad Newz Kennels fighting compound. The Little Red Dog, Inc. fights for all dogs, Red, Blue, Black, Tan and all other colors. We rescue primarily American Pit Bull Terriers because most rescues will not, but we do not discriminate against any breed.
